Experience
At least 5 years work experience in CRM Management With Tech Knowledge
e.g. CRM Manager Technical CRM Manager Campaign Manager (f/m/x)

Experience in: Implementing customer journeys, communication channels and sales/marketing strategies through a CRM system Advantageous: Solid understanding of technical aspects of a CRM system Relevant experience in implementing and optimizing key CRM concepts such as automation and database management Schedule an Initial Call Now & Get an Estimation

Tasks
Further strategic development and improvement of the Vivira CRM system To achieve the set corporate goals
Owner of the CRM systems (Doctors and Patients) Discussion, refinement and recommendation of strategies for short- and long-term development of the CRM systems Support of the Marketing, Sales and Success teams to map workflows and campaign processes via the CRM system Implementation of requirements together with a CRM developer Conduct of internal trainings for proper handling of the Vivira CRM systems Also: Interface To all departments using CRM Perspective: Development and implementation of a new CRM system (Hubspot or Pipedrive)
