Being the main contact person responsible for the entire recruiting process: Capacity and skill planning together with Leadership Team Defining profiles Designing & publishing job advertisement Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies Interview coordination Interviews Case studies of the candidates Onboarding Identify suitable candidates within the framework of active sourcing Developing a strong network of passive candidates Optimizing the hiring processes: Developing new recruiting measures Cooperating closely with the Leadership Team in further development of the recruiting and employer branding strategy Supporting the People Team in developing a value-driven organization
