Tasks
Establish and lead a high-performing hardware development team while driving Cutting-edge innovation in hardware technologies like mechanics, electronics, laser-tech, and firmware in Vienna
Establish and manage Hardware labs and prototype production facilities Also Build and manage a team of up to 30 engineers In an early phase including Recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members Define and implement the roadmap for hardware development In an cutting-edge storage technology environment Collaborate with Global teams and external stakeholders Represent the hardware division internally and externally additionally in later stages: Develop tools and methodologies Debugging Optimize costs for materials and prototyping Manage the hardware development budget and resources Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through Coaching and Milestone Tracking
