Establish and lead
a
high-performing hardware development team
while driving
Cutting-edge innovation in hardware technologies

mechanics, electronics, laser-tech, and firmware

Establish and manage
Hardware labs and prototype production facilities
Also
Build and manage a team of up to 30 engineers
In an early phase
including
Recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members
Define and implement the roadmap for hardware development

Represent the hardware division internally and externally
