Banks & Financial Services Cash Management Advice & Consulting Audit & Tax
Skills
Required: Understanding of electronic banking solutions (e.g. knowledge of SEPA / domestic / foreign payment methods) Interest in finance Technical affinity

Holistic management of a fixed portfolio of corporate clients Ensure a dynamic, empathetic & professional point of contact for all service requirements In the area of cash management Conducting Client Trainings on Electronic Banking & Access Channels First point of contact for all enquiries regarding Electronic Banking & Access Channels
Responding to account- / transaction-related inquiries Deliver solutions in close coordination with internal departments or other implementation & service units abroad Working closely with global & regional teams Organize & lead problem resolution meetings Provide technical support to customers Monitoring of key transactions Additionally (depending on experience): Taking full responsibility for end-to-end handling of customer requests Identify cross-selling opportunities & liaising with sales on the way forward Record client communications for audit & compliance requirements Assisting clients in the handling of cash management products Support corporate clients in all technical queries Support / advise on file formats
