Lead Engineering and Design organization

Deliver end-to-end OT-OC-OQ development of systems and components for chemical and electrical propulsion applications in line with customer needs, specifications and internal standards Serve as Technical Authority for all orbital propulsion products, equipment and services and deliver technical product management to support supply chain for commercial off the shelf (COTS) components Drive technology strategy, incl. product strategy and support for make-or-buy decisions and prepare the future via R&T/D management Ensure and further develop availability of state-of-the art know-how in all teams with special focus on Electric Propulsion and manage related workforce in all relevant domains via internal and external sources Implement engineering methods and tools with focus on product robustness, sustainability and economic efficiency as well as on state-of-the art processing based on effective and efficient standards Contribute to internal anomaly and failure investigations
