In her "former life" the Founder & Managing Director of Zalvus worked in HR-Advisory, inhouse consulting & traditional headhunting. Today, her digital consultancy, which was founded in 2015, has more than 20 employees, is cashflow-financed and already counts almost half of all DAX-listed companies, just under 300 medium-sized companies, as well as numerous market leaders from all over Europe among its client base.
